Voluntary right of withdrawal

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at Hocho. That's why we voluntarily grant you a right of withdrawal of 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving reasons to revoke.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day,

• on which you or a person designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods,
• or – if several goods are delivered separately as part of a single order – on the day on which you or a person designated by you took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (z.B. Inform us of your decision (via email or letter).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the cancelled goods, including the original delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option).

The refund will be issued immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional fees.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of declaring your cancellation:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.

You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Information on returning kitchen knives

You may unpack your new kitchen knife and hold it in your hand to check its quality, workmanship and ergonomics.

Using the device to cut food or other materials is considered putting it into use.

Knives that have already been used, damaged, or resharpened cannot be sold as new. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to deduct a reasonable compensation for the diminished value from the refund amount.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• custom-made or personalized products;
• Products that were specially procured at the customer's request;
