Refund policy

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him takes possession of the goods, or - if several goods ordered by the customer as part of a single order are delivered separately - on the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him takes possession of the last goods.
