Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, or – if several goods ordered by the customer as part of a single order are delivered separately – from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
