Shipping information
Orders are delivered by Swiss Post or by a shipping service provider in the respective destination country.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information via email.
Delivery time
The delivery time begins upon receipt of your order.
Switzerland
- Products in stock: Delivery usually within 3–5 working days.
- Products not in stock or available for pre-order: Delivery usually within 2–3 weeks.
The delivery time applicable to each product is also displayed on the respective product page.
Germany & Europe
The delivery time depends on the availability of the respective product and may be extended due to international shipping and customs clearance.

Switzerland
Shipping within Switzerland is for free.
Germany and Europe
For deliveries to Germany and other European countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 29 EUR per order.
Please note that for deliveries outside of Switzerland, additional charges may apply. Import duties, VAT, customs fees or processing fees Additional customs duties may apply in the destination country. These are to be borne by the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs.

All prices listed on the product pages include the applicable statutory value added tax.
